Shipping Policy:
UPS is our preferred shipping carrier; however, UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If an item needs to be shippied to either one of the above addresses, the item will be shipped via USPS.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping turnaround is based on payment arrival. As soon as payment has been received and cleared, items are processed quickly.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages will be returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, the buyer will be notified. The item will either re-shipped, at the buyers expense, or refunded. If an item is to be re-shipped, a seperate invoice will be sent requesting payment for additional shipping costs. If the buyer wants a refund, a 10% stocking fee will be accessed.
